India readying for IPv6
With IPv4 address spaces expected to be exhausted by 2012,
deployment of IPv6 is imminent. To get a grasp of the current
situation of broadband in India, senior members of DoT and the
telecom commission, as well as system integrators, application and
system vendors will be meeting in Delhi this month at the IPv6
Summit09
The forum has been organized by theIPV6, a non-profit
organization, in collaboration with Telecom Engineering Center
& Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications
& IT. The 2 day summit will be held on December 15th & 16th
2009 at The Park Hotel, New Delhi.
